GALVESTON, Texas (Bloomberg) -- The Iraqi Oil Ministry persuaded a U.S. judge to issue an order to seize more than $100 million of oil waiting to offload in Galveston, Texas, that it claims was illegally pumped from wells in Kurdistan.
