CALGARY, Alberta -- Encana has resumed natural gas production from Deep Panuke following an electrical fire. Production from the facility was temporarily halted after a transformer fire on August 3. However, the fire was “quickly extinguished by the platform’s fire suppression system,” and the facility is now back on line.
