MOSCOW (Bloomberg) -- OAO Rosneft’s Russian oil output has declined to the lowest level since the acquisition of TNK-BP made it the world’s largest traded oil producer last year. Output fell 1% in August from a year earlier, and was down 0.2% from the previous month, to 16.16 million metric tons, or 3.82 MMbpd, according to the Energy Ministry’s CDU-TEK statistics unit.
