HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Gulf Keystone Petroleum has returned all key foreign staff to Iraqi Kurdistan as it seeks to boost oil production in the region. Gulf Keystone remains focused on achieving its target of 40,000 bopd of production capacity from the Shaikan production facilities (PF-1 and PF-2) in line with the company’s half year report schedule published on Aug. 28, the company said in a statement Oct. 1.
