HOUSTON -- NuDevco Midstream Development, sponsor of Marlin Midstream Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, has purchased land in Eunice, New Mexico, to develop a crude oil terminalling site. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
