HOUSTON -- NET Midstream has completed construction of its 120-mile, 42 in. and 48 in. Texas intrastate pipeline ahead of its scheduled in-service date of Dec. 1, the company said. The NET Mexico line, which achieved mechanical completion in October, has concluded commissioning activities and is now operational and able to deliver natural gas to Mexico.
